DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility. 
  • The estimated shipping time for pre-sale purchases placed on our site is 3 to 5 weeks.
  • Standard delivery time for in-stock products is 1 to 2 weeks, and you'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our facility. After receiving your shipping notice, please wait at least 48 hours before contacting us for tracking details.
  • Address correction is required before orders may be sent if they have an inaccurate address. Make sure you put in the right address. If your purchase has not been sent within the above-mentioned time frames, it is likely due to an incorrect address, and you should contact us for assistance. Please reference the original order confirmation email for your order number and respond there if you have any questions or concerns about the status of your purchase. If you no longer have access to that email, please include your order number in your query for a faster response.

 

International Shipping

  • It usually takes longer than our standard 1–2-week shipment time to complete international orders (orders shipping to locations outside the United States) because duties are not paid for foreign purchases.
  • In order to process any foreign purchases, we need contact details like a working phone number and email address. For international orders placed from outside the United States, a phone number is required since some countries do not have the technology to validate overseas addresses automatically.
  • After two weeks, if you still haven't gotten confirmation that your item has shipped, please get in touch with us so that we can help you out.
